Alvaro Rebelo Teixeira

Alvaro Rebelo Teixeira, 68, passed away on August 8, 2018 at Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center. He was the husband of Belinda (Wieselquist) Teixeira.

Born in Santo Amarao, Sao Jorge, Azores, he was the son of the late Armando and Maria Josefa (Rebelo) Teixeira.  In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children Paul Teixeira and his wife Diane, Mario Teixeira and his wife Kelly, Steven Teixeira and grandchildren Michaela Teixeira, Amora Teixeira and Evelynn Teixeira. He was the brother of Armando Teixeira, George Teixeira, Agostino Teixeira, and Noemia Silveira and also leaves behind many nieces and nephews.

Mr. Teixeira was educated in Portugal and employed by Stylecraft and Balfour before retiring.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, August 11th at St. Elizabeth’s Church, 577 Wood Street, Bristol. Burial will be private.

 Arrangements are with the George C. Lima Funeral Home.
