Anna Maria (Resendes) Silva

Anna Maria (Resendes) Silva, 79, of St. Elizabeth Street passed away on March 12, 2019 at Warren Skilled Nursing.  She was the wife of David Juvenico Silva.

Born in Lomba do Loucao, Povoacao, Azores, Portugal, she was the daughter of the late Alberto and Elvira (Medeiros) Resendes.  In addition to her husband, she is survived by her sons David Silva Jr and his wife Holly Jean, Steven Silva and Daniel Silva; grandchildren Krystal Silva, Jacob Silva, Samantha Silva, Breanna Silva, Stephanie Silva, Steven Silva, Vanessa Silva, Justin Silva, Ryan Silva; and great grandchildren Cameron Botelho, Naomi Silva and Domenic Pimentel.  She was the sister of Manuel Resendes, Delia Vitorino, Rosalie Pacheco and Susana Furtado.

Mrs. Silva was educated in Portugal and employed by Sygnetics before retiring.

Her funeral services will be held Saturday, March 16th, 8 AM from the George Lima Funeral Home 367 High Street with a Mass of Christian Burial, 9 AM at St. Elizabeth’s Church 577 Wood Street. Burial will follow in North Burial Ground.
