Constantino da Silva

Constantino da Silva, 83 passed away on May 17, 2018 at home. He was the husband of Marie Teresa (Medeiros) da Silva.

Born in Capelo, Faial, he was the son of the late Joaquim and Maria (Correia) Silva. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children Alan da Silva of Warren, Christine Rodrigues and her husband Anthony of Warren and Daniel da Silva of Warren; grandchildren Kaitlyn da Silva, Evan Rodrigues and Elle Rodrigues and his siblings Manuel Silva and his wife Cidalia, Antonette Goulart and her husband Joseph, Beatrice Costa and Jose Silva and his wife Teresa. He was the brother of the late Alvarino Silva.

Mr. da Silva was educated in Portugal and a foreman for Rico for 30 years before retiring.

His funeral services will be Friday, May 25th, 10 AM from the George Lima Funeral Home 367 High Street with a Mass of Christian Burial, 11 AM at St. Elizabeth's Church 577 Wood Street. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery.
