Anabela D. Azevedo, 55, of Sherry Avenue, passed away on July 3, 2026, at her home.

Born in Flores, Azores of Portugal, she was the daughter of Fernanda Azevedo and the late Adriano de Freitas Azevedo. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her daughter Mikayla Dupuis of Bristol and her fiancé Chris Pimentel; grandchildren: Riley Dupuis and Cooper Pimentel; siblings: Adriene Cardoso and husband Steven Cardoso, Angelo Azevedo and wife Lindsay Azevedo; niece: Alexis Cardoso and wife Hayley Bartlett; nephew: Collin Cardoso; and cousin: Carlos Dias and wife Elsa Dias.

Anabela was once a dedicated member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Bristol and a Support Group Leader of the Ataxia Foundation Rhode Island Chapter. She was also previously a volunteer at the East Bay Food Pantry.

She was loved by many and will be remembered for her kind heart and beautiful soul. She will be dearly missed.

Friends and family are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday, July 22, 10 AM at St. Elizabeth's Church, 577 Wood Street, Bristol RI 02809. Burial will be private.
