Anibal Germano Obituary

Anibal Pereira Germano, 58, of Bristol, passed away on September 23, 2022, at Rhode Island Hospital. 


Born in Relva, St. Michael, Azores, he was the son of the late Joao and Silvana (Pereira) Germano. He is survived by his brother Joao Germano and his wife Maria Filomena; nephews David Germano and Armando Germano; nieces Melinda Germano, Liza Olson, and Melissa Silva; grand-nieces and nephews Kaylee Germano, Ashley Germano, Sarina Olson, Kelsey Olson, Brianna Silva, Ryan Silva, and Emily Silva; and sister-in-law Maria da Conceicao Germano. Anibal was the brother of the late Armando P. Germano.


He worked with the James L. Maher Center for many years. 


Calling hours will be held Monday, September 26th, 9:30 – 10:30 AM at the George Lima Funeral Home, 367 High Street followed by a Mass of Christian Burial, 11 AM at St. Elizabeth’s Church, 577 Wood Street. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
