Annette Chase

June 11, 1963 ~ July 27, 2022 (age 59) 59 Years Old

Obituary

Annette L. (Correia) Chase, passed away on July 27, 2022, at the age of 59. Born in New Bedford, MA, on June 11th 1963, Annette went on to touch many people’s lives, and leave many long-lasting marks upon the world throughout her own life.

Originally getting licensed and employed in the field of Cosmetology and Hair Dressing, Annette went on to become accomplished in many things. From becoming a Certified Pharmacist, to a Teachers Aid, and even a Part-Time Model. She loved children, and had many enjoyable years of taking care of, and raising them. As was shown by her many, many years of child care, baby sitting, and nannying. Along with this, she was very talented in the arts of crocheting, macramé, and knitting, even having several articles about her works published in various magazines over the years; as well as being the winner of, and receiving several awards for, her work at many local craft fairs and trade shows. She was an exceedingly loving, caring, and helpful woman. She expressed this further by assisting many of her elderly neighbors throughout her years. She especially enjoyed the company of her various feline companions, most notably Pumpkins, Harvest, Prissy, and the newest addition, Hunter the 30lb “kitten”.

She was my best friend, and partner for life. Her greatest accomplishment in life was raising her son Brian. Raising him to respect others, guiding him to a successful career as an electrician, showing him the values of life, and the virtue of saving and spending wisely. She leaves behind her “3 Boys”: Best Friend Eternally, Daniel A. Drapeau, her son, Brian Chase, and the aforementioned ‘kitten”, Hunter. Burial will be Private, and located at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Bristol R.I. In lieu of flowers, please donate to your local Animal Shelter, local Animal-Focused Charity, and/or the American Heart Association.
