Corbey Pontes, 39, of Bristol, passed away on January 20, 2024, at Boston Medical Center. 

Born in Fall River, MA, he was the son of Arnalda (Sousa) Pontes. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his sisters: Florisa (Victor) Lepore of Warwick; Carmen (João) Leca of Rumford; and Deborah (Henry) Storm of Swansea; and nieces and nephews Alexis, Melissa, Zachary, Corey, Alyssa, and Hannah.

Corbey was a 2003 graduate of Mt. Hope High School. He was employed by Roger Williams University.

Calling hours be held Saturday, January 27th, 8:30 – 10:30 AM from the George C. Lima Funeral Home, 367 High Street, with a Mass of Christian Burial, 11 AM at St. Elizabeth’s Church, 577 Wood Street. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
