Eric Armando Pires

Eric Armando Pires, 30 of West Warwick and formerly of Bristol passed away on September 5, 2021 at Kent County Hospital.  

Born in Pawtucket, he was the son of Aristides Pires and Helena DaSilva and stepson of Gary Stanzione.  He is survived by his fiancé Sara Hartke and his daughter Myla Pires.  He was the brother of Vanessa Pires, Aristides Pires Jr, Aristina Pires, Marissa Stanzione, Jace Pires, Victoria Stanzione, Devyn Pires and Deborah Lynn Pires.

Mr. Pires was a graduate of Mt. Hope High School and successfully graduated from NETTTS with an HVAC-R certification. He was employed by Ocean State Mechanical working on his apprenticeship.  

Calling hours will be held Friday, September 17th, 8:30 - 10:30 AM at the George C. Lima Funeral Home, 367 High Street with a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated at 11 AM at St. Elizabeth's Church, 577 Wood Street.  Burial will be held on Monday, September 20th, at 1 PM in St. Mary's Cemetery
