George Di Sano Obituary
George Di Sano, of Franklin Street, passed away on November 28, 2023, at Rhode Island Hospital.
Born in Fall River, MA, he was the son of the late Guerino and Hilda (Sousa) Di Sano. He attended St. Elizabeth’s School. He was employed as a Certified Nurse Assistant for the Rhode Island Veterans Home in Bristol for 30 years. He was a member of the Holy Ghost Society, and taught CCD Classes for St. Elizabeth’s Church.
He is survived by his brothers, Manuel Di Sano of Coventry, and James (Sandy) Di Sano of Swansea, MA. He was predeceased by his brother Joseph Di Sano.
His funeral services will be held Friday, December 1st, 9:30 AM from the George Lima Funeral Home, 367 High Street, with a Mass of Christian Burial, 11 AM at St. Elizabeth’s Church 577 Wood Street. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
