Irene J. La Grange, 94, of Warren passed away on January 16, 2023 at home.

Born in Bristol, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Mary (Tavares) Barboza. She is survived by her children Roger (Maureen) La Grange of Cranston, Barbara Almeida of Warren, and Kenneth (Sylvinia) La Grange of Warren; 9 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, 12 great-great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Mrs. La Grange was predeceased by her son Joey La Grange.

Mrs. La Grange attended Colt Memorial High School and was employed as a production operator for Converse for 30 years before retiring.

Family and friends are invited to attend funeral services which will be held Monday, January 23, 10 AM from the George Lima Funeral Home, 367 High Street with a Mass of Christian Burial, 11 AM at St. Elizabeth’s Church, 577 Wood Street. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
