Joseph Pimental

Joseph Pimental, 83, of Bristol, RI, passed away on Saturday, July 6, 2024, after a long illness with his loving family by his side. The son of the late Joseph and Rose (Branch) Pimental and the longtime partner of Beverly Vales, Joe was a lifelong resident of Warren and Bristol.

Joe worked as a carpenter for many years. In his spare time, he loved to frequent all of the nearby car cruises and loved to show his custom antique Chevy truck. He and Beverly would find themselves at a different cruise every night of the week. They would also enjoy cookouts and dinners with close friends and sunsets at Colt State Park. Joe was a very devout Catholic. When he was unable to make it to church, Joe wouldn’t miss a Sunday mass and made sure to watch it from home on television.

In addition to his loving Partner, Beverly, Joe is survived by his niece, Frances Brown of Warren, RI; and many other nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Shirley Rioux. Joe also leaves behind many friends.
