Kimberly L. Phelan, 59, of Fort Hill Road, passed away on Monday, July 11, 2022 at Miriam Hospital. She was the fiancée of Kenneth Altice.
Born in Fall River MA, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Betty Ann (Jones) Phelan. In addition to her fiancé Kenneth, Ms. Phelan is survived by her children Adam Garcia and Amber Garcia, her mother Betty Ann Phelan, her niece Sarah Mowry, and her beloved friends Susan Holstein, Annette Toms, and Denise Hoffman. She was predeceased by her brother Edward A. Phelan Jr. and sister Kathleen A. Mowry.
Kimberly was a graduate of Joseph Case High School. She was employed as a warehouse manager for Unimed before retiring. Ms. Phelan was also a member of the Bristol Fire Department’s Ladies Auxiliary.
