Louis Manuel Silva, 93, of Hope Street passed away on April 27, 2020 at Newport Hospital. He was the husband of Alice (Motta) Silva.
Born in Bristol, he was the son of the late Antone and Mary (Costa) Silva. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughter Donna Reed (the late Agosto “Gus”) of North Providence. He was the brother of Agnes Brown of Florida and the late John Silva and Mary Daignault.
Mr. Silva was educated in Bristol and served in the US Navy during World War II. He was employed as a Supervisor for Hartman Systems for 32 years before retiring.
His funeral services will be private.
