Louise C. Calisto, 60, of Church Street, passed away on August 23, 2024, at Heatherwood Nursing Home.
Born in São Miguel, Azores, she was the daughter of the late Guilherme F. and Maria dos Anjos (Almeida) Calisto. She is survived by: her cousin Nancy Estrella of Fall River, MA, who was also her caregiver; and many other cousins and friends.
She was predeceased by her sister, Susan Calisto.
Louise was a graduate of Bristol High School. She was known for her volunteer work.
Her funeral services will be held on Friday, August 30, 9:30 – 10:30 AM from the George C. Lima Funeral Home, 367 High Street, with a Mass of Christian Burial, 11 AM at St. Elizabeth’s Church, 577 Wood Street. Burial will follow in North Burial Ground.
