Luis DeOliveira Obituary

Luis Guilherme DeOliveira, 74, of Richmond and formerly of Bristol, passed away on April 1, 2022 at South County Hospital. He was the husband of Gilda de Conceicao (Pacheco Almeida) DeOliveira.

Born in Pont Delgada, St. Michael, Azores, he was the son of the late Joaquim and Marie Isabel (Martins) DeOliveira. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughter, Patricia Bokowsky and her husband Michael; and his granddaughters Emma Bisbano and Jaclyn Bokowsky. He was the brother of Marie Helena DeOliveira, Rogerio DeOliveira, Carlos DeOliveira and the late Christiano DeOliveira and Gisela DeOliveira.

Mr. DeOliveira was educated in Portugal and an independent interpreter for over 30 years. He was a communicant of St. Elizabeth’s Church and a member of Knights of Columbus.

His funeral services will be private.

Arrangements are with the George C. Lima Funeral Home.
