May Adeline (Dyer) Darling, of Bristol, peacefully passed away at The Dawn Hill Home for Rehabilitation on June 14, 2024, at the age of 97. She was the wife of the late Carleton R. Darling.
Born in Cranston, Rhode Island, May was the daughter of the late Walter E. and Blanche E. (Belmore) Dyer. She is survived by her only child, Roger D. (Barbara) Darling of Bristol; and three grandchildren: Nicole E. Darling, Brian R. (Kimberly) Darling, and Jared T. Darling. May also leaves behind her great granddaughter, Olivia M. Darling.
May graduated from Cranston schools. She was employed by Tilden Thurben for a few years before retiring.
May will be laid to rest on Wednesday, June 19th. Burial will be private.
