Natalina Ramos Obituary

Natalina deJesus (Semiao) Ramos, 52, of Bristol passed away on April 18, 2022 at Beth Israel Lahey Clinic. She was the loving wife of Michael Ramos.

Born in Ponta Delgada, St. Michael, Azores, she was the daughter of Vitorino Frias Semiao and the late Helena (Sousa) Semiao. She was the mother of Victoria Ramos and the sister of Ana Frias (Duarte); Joe Semiao; and Paul Semiao (Rachel). She also had many nieces and nephews, whom she considered her own children and loved so dearly. In addition to her family and friends, Mrs. Ramos leaves behind her beloved rescue dog, Kenai, whom she rescued from Texas in June of 2020. She loved him so very much and he was her best furry friend who is going to miss her immensely.

Mrs. Ramos was educated in Warren and employed by Crestwood Nursing and Rehabilitation, where she worked as a dedicated CNA for 37 years. She was a communicant of St. Elizabeth’s Church and a member of the Holy Rosary Sodality. Her strong faith was always an important piece of her life, and she always tried to bring that faith into the lives of others.

Throughout her life, Mrs. Ramos enjoyed going to New England Patriots football games, and was always so excited to see Tom Brady and Mac Jones. She also loved to go on vacation with her family, especially to the Bahamas, which was her favorite destination as she loved the crystal blue waters, tall palm trees, and soft white sand. Mrs. Ramos absolutely cherished all of her family and friends and thoroughly enjoyed spending as much time with them as she could. Her annual Christmas party was always something she would look forward to. Each family gathering was so special to her and they are no longer going to be the same without her.

Mrs. Ramos had a pure beautiful soul and a heart of gold. Everyone she knew and loved can agree that she was one of the best human beings that they ever got the pleasure of knowing. The world is a little less bright without her radiant spirit. There will never be another person like her, and those closest to her feel so blessed to have had the chance to grow a special relationship with her throughout the years of her life. Although her passing has caused great heartache, find comfort in that she is at peace with God, and is reunited with her mom, two dogs (Clifford and Holly), and a long list of her relatives.

In memory of Mrs. Ramos, please consider making a donation to the Liver Transplant and Care team at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center in Burlington, MA. These medical professionals did everything they could to try to give Mrs. Ramos a new liver and made her so comfortable during her final moments. Their staff treated her with the utmost respect, kindness, and care, and were genuinely so hopeful for her. We will always be grateful for everything Lahey Hospital did to help Mrs. Ramos during her time of need.

Her funeral services will be held Monday, April 25th, 10 AM from the George Lima Funeral Home, 367 High Street with a Mass of Christian Burial, 11 AM at St. Elizabeth’s Church, 577 Wood Street. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery.  Calling hours are Sunday 2 - 5 PM.
