Patricia (Abbenante) Barlow, 70, of East Providence, passed away on January 3, 2025, at home, peacefully while surrounded by her family. She was the wife of Chester “Butch” T. Barlow.

Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late William A. and Mary (Vieira) Abbenante. In addition to her husband, she is survived by: her son William “Billy” T. Barlow of Apopka, FL; sisters: Gloria (Nelson) Pacheco of Coventry, Rosemary (John) Coite of Bristol, Toni Marie (the late Neil) Abbenante of North Providence, and Mary Beth (Robert) Beretta of Bristol; nieces and nephews: Melissa Duarte, John “Jay” Coite, Alex Beretta, and Gina Beretta; and great-nieces and nephews: Haley Duarte, Massimo Coite, and Storm Bonanno.

Patricia was a 1972 class graduate of Our Lady of Fatima High School. She was employed as an account's payable specialist for Community Counseling of Bristol County for 18 years. 

Her funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 11, 11 AM – 1 PM from the George C. Lima Funeral Home, 367 High Street. A prayer service at the funeral home will be held from 12:30 – 1 PM.
