Patricia M Hawkins

Patricia M. Hawkins, 42, of Addy Drive, passed away on September 17, 2024, at HopeHealth Hulitar Hospice. She was the wife of William Hawkins.

Born in Providence, she was the daughter of Joseph J. and Maria Conceicao (Teixeira) Martins. In addition to her husband and parents, she is survived by: children Bianca Ribeiro, Kianna Ribeiro, Payton Hawkins, and Brayden Hawkins; brothers Jonathan (Ashley) Martins of Warren, and Matthew (Michelle) Martins of East Providence; father-in-law Richard Hawkins of Florida; and brother-in-law Daniel Hawkins of Johnston.

Patricia was a 2000 class graduate of Mt. Hope High School. She received her Associate’s degree in accounting from the Community College of Rhode Island. Patricia was a beautiful, loving mother of five who loved being in the company of her entire family. A mom who always enjoyed being involved in whatever her kids had going on in their lives. Patricia always stood tall for what she wanted, and her drive, positivity, and her will to fight was always evident no matter what she had in front of her. Patricia’s strength will be an inspiration to all of us.  

Her funeral services will be held on Monday, September 23, 10 – 10:30 AM from the George C. Lima Funeral Home, 367 High Street, with a Mass of Christian Burial, 11 AM at St. Elizabeth’s Church, 577 Wood Street.

Calling hours are Sunday, 3 – 6 PM.
