Phillip E. Rodrigues, 63, of Charles Street, passed away on December 25, 2025, at Rhode Island Hospital. He was the husband of Mary Lou Pacheco.

Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Elizabeth (Sousa) Borges. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children: Mitchell (Andrea Hall) Miranda of Bristol, Nicole Pacheco of Bristol, Megan (Louis Rogers) Pacheco of Bristol, and David Pacheco of Bristol; grandchildren: Ian, Kaylynn, Nicholas, Carmelo, and Eve; siblings: Nancy Lomas of GA, Jacqueline Judge of Colony, NY, and John DaSilva of East Providence; and many more extended family members.

He was predeceased by: his son Phillip Miranda; his granddaughter Alexis; and his sister Rose.

Philip was a graduate of Connecticut Boarding School. He was a self-employed fisherman for many years before retiring. He enjoyed collecting coins, spending time with his family, and riding his moped.

Calling hours will take place on Friday, January 2, 4 - 8 PM from the George C. Lima Funeral Home, 367 High Street.
