Raymond J. Carreiro, 78, passed away on February 15, 2020, at home. He was the husband of Mary (McKenna) Carreiro for 58 years.
Born in Fall River, he was the son of the late Manuel and Mary (Dias) Carreiro. He was a graduate of Colt Memorial High School Class of" 60" and served in the RI National Guard. He then started his construction business and was a longtime member of the RI Builders Association as well as a communicant of St. Mary’s Church, Bristol.
In addition to his wife he is survived by his son Ray Jr. (Lori) and grandchildren Alicia (Alex) and Matthew. He was the brother of Lorraine Sylvia (Frank), Bernadette, Richard, Robert and Ronald Carreiro. He was preceded in death by son Stephen and daughter Mary Beth. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends invited to a Mass of Christian Burial Saturday, February 29th, 10 AM at St. Mary’s Church, 330 Wood Street. Calling hours will be held Friday, February 28th, from 4-7 PM at the George Lima Funeral Home 367 High Street, Bristol. Burial will be private.
