Veronica Schmeller

Veronica M. Schmeller, 89, of Fox Hill Avenue, went home to be with her Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, on November 12, 2023. She was the wife of the late Erwin Schmeller. 

Born in Bristol, she was the daughter of Joseph and Marion (Souza) Perry. She is survived by her daughters Deborah Schmeller and her grand cat, Miley, of Bristol and Caryn Brame and her husband, David and grand bird, Teemu, of Richmond, VA; and sisters Rita Almeida of Bristol.  

She was preceded in death by her brothers Edward Perry and Alfred Perry and her sisters Theresa Amaral and Beatrice Seavey. 

Mrs. Schmeller attended Colt Memorial High School. She was a member of the New Hope Christian Church in Swansea, MA. Her favorite thing to do was to share her faith in Jesus Christ. She wanted everyone she knew to be certain of their salvation in Christ and that they had the hope of spending eternity in heaven.
